• Target Review TM is a very popular with Human Resource Departments.  Most Employment Screening services provide a list of possible criminal records then leaves you to decide if these possible records are associated with your applicant.  Not with Target Review TM, when possible records are found, we review the information for you and provide records which are related to your applicant.
   
• Instant Criminal Reports provides criminal screening for felony, misdemeanor, and sex offender public records.  We offer two types of Instant Criminal Reports, you can screen using our National Criminal History Database, or Statewide Criminal History Database systems.  Results are instant and online.
   
• County Criminal Reports offer the most accurate criminal search information available as they are researched manually by Court Researchers. These reports take a few days before they are completed, but are well worth the additional waiting time and costs. 
   
• Verification Services provides a verified Employment Application. It takes years of experience and extensive resources to discover the facts you need when making hiring decisions.  We offer Education and Certification Verification, and Previous Employment Verification Services. Social Security Traces - A social security trace is used to validate identity (names associated with social security number), and residential history (past and present addresses). This is an excellent way to identify fraud and accurately determine jurisdiction for criminal checks, an essential element in researching criminal history.
   
• Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) - A motor vehicle report is used to check the applicant’s driving history including traffic violations, suspensions, revocations, type of license granted, and restrictions on use. This check is highly recommended for all employees that will be driving vehicles or operating equipment in the performance of their job duties. In some states, convictions for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not on a criminal court record and can only be revealed through a DMV check.

On Target Screening will conduct our industry standard Trace or Address History. A social security trace is utilized to identify an applicant’s possible residential history for a period of seven years. We then check each County and City where the applicant has resided for Felonies and Misdemeanor convictions. A Nationwide Sexual Offender search is included!  Package Includes Credit Report, Instant Statewide Criminal Search, County Criminal Report and Sex Offender Report.
  
  TargetTwo - For Sales, Field and Drivers - Appropriate for employees who drive as part of their job responsibilities, as well as individuals who travel and work independently. A driving record search may reveal information that some courts do not classify as criminal, such as alcohol related offenses. Package Includes Credit Report, Instant Statewide Criminal Search, County Criminal Report, Sex Offender Report, Driving Record.
